My name is Sherilyn. I own a company called Angelic Happiness LLC. I designed, make and sell hand sculpted candle art and skin care at Everlasting Angels, Escent Skin Care and Angel Food Spa. My company is based in Vancouver Washington. I am the mother of two grown Beautiful daughters of whom I’m incredibly proud of! I love being an entreprenuer, but mostly I love to share what I’ve learned and I live to encourage and comfort.
This blog is about sharing what I’ve learned, and creating an environment where we can continue to learn together about simple, affordable, effective and natural skin care. I’ll leave the political, enviromental activist work to the many wonderful blogs that address these important issues. This is a no-hate zone please.
The effect our enviroment and diet ultimately have on our health, quality of life and premature aging have recentlybecome well documented. It was not always that way.
I have spent most of my life studying and researching about natural foods and skin care. I continually search for more effective, renewable sources in food, skin care and other goods. It’s such a silly thing, but I love reading the labels on the canned or packaged food I buy or put on my skin. It’s an amazing way to learn if you are getting value for your money and what you are putting in and on your body.

Being natural is all the rage these days, so it is good to hear about a new online shop that is being set up just to provide people with the ability to buy skin products. It will be opening soon so why not go along and see for yourself!

I’ve always been told that prnevetion is better than a cure. I eat well, I’ve stopped smoking, I drink lots of water and wear sunscreen on my face in summer (before anyone asks!) My mum has pretty good skin for her age but I was thinking about replacing my moisturiser with a clinique night moisturiser that incedently has anti aging and firming effects. I used it last night and today my skin feels amazing.Is it better to start early to prevent wrinkles?? I really want to start using this cream, but i’m worried about the long term effects. I read in the paper once that using them too young can bring on wrinkles instead of prevent them because it stops you producing natural anti oxidents (i think thats right i’m no scientist!) so you become dependent .I’m 23by drinking lots of water’, I don’t mean water poisioning! that is something all together different!
